We have a large, well lit, well ventilated aerobics room with a luxuriously finished hardwood floor and superb state-of-the-art sound system that makes doing an aerobics or pilates routine a totally enjoyable experience.

Qualified instructors will take you through your routines.

Group Fitness Schedule (Effective Nov. 1, 2003)
  • There will be a modified schedule for long weekends and holidays. (Please keep a lookout for posted notification.)
  • Please advise instructors if you have any fitness or medical limitations prior to the class.
  • Please work at your own pace no matter what your skill level may be.
